Arianna Banack Ph.D.

Dr. Arianna Banack is an Assistant Professor of English Education and teaches courses in young adult literature, reading methods, and teaching for social justice. Her research interests include critical literacy, English education, and supporting teachers in incorporating critical lenses when teaching diverse young adult literature. She earned her PhD in Literacy Studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and taught high school English in East Hartford, Connecticut.
