Rosa Nam, Ph.D.
Dr. Rosa Nam is a second-generation Korean American woman. She is a teacher educator and scholar with 15 years of K-20 teaching experience. Her research centers culturally responsive teacher education, critical literacy, contemporary diverse adolescent literature, and AsianCrit education. She was a high school English teacher in Houston, TX for 7 years and is currently an Assistant Professor of English Education at a large public university. Rosa earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston.
